Terms and conditions:-
✓ The payments made through cheque are subject to realization of cheque.

✓ Provided that the cheque is not cleared, the penalty will be borne by the bearer.

✓ Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor be adjusted against any other dues or fee of any other course or fees of any other person in any case.

✓ Absenteeism more than a week without the information via email:-INTELIGENEIT@GMAIL.COM/ INTELIGENESREC@GMAIL.COM lead to cancellation of registration.

✓ After cancellation of registration, the institute is not liable to provide any explanation, session, extension or refund in any manner.

✓ The institute reserves the rights to re-schedule the classes at any given point of time and as well as your trainer can be change.

✓ Reasonable efforts will be made at all times not to cause inconvenience to students.

✓ Important notices will be displayed on the main notice board(not every student will be informed individually)

✓ No student will disclose their respective fee amount to any other student or any staff member/trainer or the concerned will face consequential repercussions.

✓ The institute will not be held liable for any property or money lost in the institute premises.

✓ The cost fee does not include the cost of notebooks or stationary.

✓ INTELIGENES TECHNOLOGIES does not hold any responsibility if the applicant is incapable of fulfilling the selection criteria set by the company.

✓ The course fee should be paid on the dates decided at the time of admission by INTELIGENES TECHNOLOGIES OR ELSE Rs 100/- per day fine will be charged.

✓ In the event that a student has a complaint, they are required to provide the institute in the first instance with the right to a response in order to address the concern or remedy the situation through internal complaint procedures.

✓ The MANAGING DIRECTOR of the institute reserves the right to rusticate the student found indulging in acts prejudicial to the interest or involved in gross indiscipline immoral acts.

✓ 80% attendance is compulsory in all academic activities. Students failing to attain the prescribe attendance will not be allowed to appear in the final examinations.

✓ Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded, transferred or adjusted in any other account. If a student leaves the course in mid-term, he/she will be liable to pay the balance of fee for the whole course.
